The family of a Christian teenager who was allegedly abducted in Renala Khurd has appealed to the authorities for her immediate and safe recovery.
OKARA, Pakistan — A 15-year-old Christian girl, Muqaddas Bibi, was allegedly abducted at gunpoint near Chak No. 5/1-AL in Renala Khurd, District Okara, on 10 August 2026, according to a First Information Report (FIR).
Muqaddas’s father, Gulzar Masih, stated that four men and a woman forced his daughter into a white passenger vehicle before driving towards Habibabad. Two local residents reportedly witnessed the incident and attempted to follow the vehicle but were unable to stop it.
Police were informed through emergency helpline 15. FIR No. 395/26 was subsequently registered at Saddar Renala Khurd Police Station on 17 August under Section 365-B of the Pakistan Penal Code, which relates to the abduction of a woman to compel marriage or subject her to illicit intercourse.
Muqaddas has not yet been recovered, leaving her family deeply distressed and increasingly concerned for her safety. They have appealed to the police and other relevant authorities to act urgently to locate her, bring her home safely and take appropriate legal action against those responsible.

However, as local community elders have now become involved in efforts to resolve the matter, the team is closely monitoring the developing situation and remains prepared to provide legal support if required.
The allegations have not yet been tested in court, and the identities, roles and motives of those reportedly involved remain subject to police investigation.
